We drove to CT from WY and our daughter recommended Gengras so we could get a service. We walked up unscheduled for the Quick Lane service and they got us in right then, explained how long it would take, suggested we get the 120k checkup. They also addressed 2 recalls on our 2017 Expedition. Joshua kept us up to date via text message and we were back on the road in. a reasonable time. Great service! Friendly crew!

My car had a recall and my sunroof had a leak. They kept my car for 3 weeks and kept telling me my insurance company is dragging their feet regarding the repair of the sunroof. I told them that I need my car and what would it be without the insurance. They quoted a price close to $3000. When I contacted my insurance they told me that they already went to the shop and sent them the paperwork within that first week. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the part which is why they weren't covering the cost. I contacted them and told them that I'll just wait to get it repaired. I picked it up with half the parts not put together and water stains throughout. I had to bring it to a mechanic friend so they can piece the roof back together and a detailer to get the water stains out. Also overpriced since labor costs are $180 an hour.

The sales department is great! I'd highly recommend coming here for your next car and asking to work with Conner and Chrisse. They both stayed late just to help us finalize the paper work to take the car home. Highly recommended Conner. He really cares about the customers. He made sure we were all comfortable with the price before letting us put a down payment on it, answered and listened to all of our questions and even sent a hand written thank you note for choosing Ford! I've never seen a sales person care that much about their customers. Over all very happy with the sales department. My car is beautiful and runs smoothly too! The cherry on top

My first and only experience with Gengras was impressive. I drove from Central Mass to purchase my truck. David B., my sales associate was friendly and accommodating. But the real hero in all of this was Kevin Murawski, the Gengras Sales Manager. He over exceeded my expectations in handling issues with my truck. I was kept informed, addressed my issues and concerns, and had matters taken care of in a timely manner. Although I can be a perfectionist, difficult to please, have very high expectations, I want to take the time to thank all involved for making things progress as they did in getting things done as they are. Again....Thank you..!

I purchased a brand new 2023 Explorer. Right away there were issues with the front screen freezing up and backup camera not working. I brought it in for service and they found an issue with the radio and mentioned that the new part will take a week or two. It has been over three weeks and I haven’t heard back. I call and get transferred left and right and am left not knowing what’s going on with the part and when this issue will be resolved. I shouldn’t have these issues from the start with a purchase of a brand new vehicle and the service has not been good either. This has been a hassle and a waste of time and money.

I really couldn't be more satisfied with our car buying experience with Gengras. This is the 3rd car I've purchased where I communicated almost completely through email and it's been my best experience yet. I believe I started the process with Mary, who was always lovely and quick to respond. After Mary I was transferred over to John in the sales team. To be honest, I don't like dealing with "men" salespeople. As a woman, I've been treated very disrespectfully by "salesmen" in the past. During one purchase I even had 3 salesmen trying to pressure me in to a $700 a month car payment saying, "isn't your husband worth it?" I told them, "yes he is, that's why I'm not going to spend his money that way!" I did not have this experience with John however. I felt completely respected and at ease. He was also quick to respond and answer my questions. We wanted to close the deal quickly and he kept up with our pace. No games were played whatsoever. To be 100% transparent, I did not try to haggle the price of the car but that's because I had done my research and knew it was fairly priced for this crazy market. When my husband and son got to the dealership everything was handled in less than 2 hours. I wholeheartedly endorse the internet purchasing model. It allowed me to settle absolutely everything before we got to the dealership. This way when you go to the dealership, you hand over your check and sign and drive away. Thanks again for helping my son get his dream car!

Service dept was excellent. They treated me very well. I can't say anything negative. They repaired my F150 and kept me updated with videos. The service writer was very professional and had great people skills. Repair cost was reasonable considering how complex these vehicles are today.
